The payment methods currently available for your purchase are displayed during checkout. Available options may vary depending on your location, device, order details, currency, and the payment services enabled when your order is placed. Select one of the methods displayed and follow the applicable instructions to complete your purchase.

Authorization & Verification

Orders may be subject to transaction authorization, identity or payment verification, and fraud-prevention review. A bank, card issuer, or payment provider may request additional verification, decline a transaction, or place a temporary authorization hold. These decisions are controlled by the applicable financial institution or payment provider.

Checkout Security

Checkout is processed through Shopify together with applicable payment providers using technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect transaction information. Valderune™ does not store complete credit or debit card numbers on its own servers.

We will never ask you to email your complete card number, card security code, or online-banking password.

Prices, Promotions & Charge Questions

Before payment is submitted, checkout displays the applicable product prices, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, discounts, and your final order total. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless another currency is clearly shown. Promotional codes must be entered before checkout is completed and may be subject to stated conditions.

If a payment is declined, pending, or appears duplicated, verify your billing information and contact your bank or payment provider if necessary. You may also contact us with your order number and transaction details; never send complete payment credentials by email.
