Can product appearance vary slightly?
Packaging, finish, color tone, or other non-material visual details may vary slightly by production batch, display settings, or item type. These variations are not necessarily defects.
Orders & Shipping
How long does order processing take?
Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays, promotions, or unusually high order volume, processing may require up to 5 business days.
How long does U.S. delivery take?
Estimated carrier transit time to supported U.S. addresses is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. Processing and transit are separate periods.
How much does shipping cost?
Available shipping methods and applicable charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Will I receive tracking information?
When tracking becomes available after dispatch, shipping information is normally sent to the email address provided at checkout.
What if tracking shows delivered but I cannot find my package?
Please check the delivery area, mailbox, household members, building reception, neighbors, and carrier where appropriate. If the package cannot be located, contact us with your order number so we can review the circumstances.
Returns & Refunds
What is the return period?
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the Return & Refund Policy.
Where should I send my return?
Please do not automatically send merchandise to our registered business address. Once approved, customer support will provide the appropriate return warehouse address and instructions.
How long does an approved refund take?
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
